Every treatment offering is unique, with each person's experience. What you can expect is a safe place to breathe, relax, connect to your higher self and let go of what your mind and body are unconsciously holding onto which no longer serves you. The treatment will feel like a beautiful glowing radiance of light flowing through and around you. Allowing your body to fully relax, and heal. We will explore different practices to take home with you through movement while opening your feet up. Your feet are one of the gateways to self embodiment.
Reiki, is a Japanese technique for stress reduction & relaxation which also supports you on your healing journey. It is administered by laying your hands above or on the body which is based on the idea that an unseen “life force energy” flows through us already. Which causes us to be alive. By being in a comfortable space to feel your breathe, and your body relax on to the table, feeling the support of all the love around you.Tapping into your alchemy energies. and the energy of Reiki, with crystals I lay on your body will allow you to tune into your desires and love for yourself. We will practice some yoga Nidra and I am here for you to be yourself while my ears are open to listen. You will also receive a crystal bowl sound admission to help in relaxation and any anxiety you may be feeling.
